We aim to process, and dispatch orders made before 16:00 GMT on the same working day. If your order is made after this on Friday, at the weekend or a Bank Holiday, it will be dispatched the next working day.
We despatch orders Monday - Friday and are closed Saturday and Sunday. If your order is placed past 4pm on a Friday afternoon we will despatch this Monday morning.

Customs & Duties
We cannot be held responsible for customs or duty charged by a destination country outside of the European Union. All shipments will be declared to customs at the correct order value. If you are unsure about customs charges, you should contact your local customs office for all of the relevant information on customs duty.
Some couriers will offer services such as 'deliver to a safe place' or 'leave with a neighbour'. Please note these options are within agreement between yourself and the chosen courier, Designerwear is not responsible for any loss or damage that may occur.
