We aim to process, and dispatch orders made before 16:00 GMT on the same working day. If your order is made after this on Friday, at the weekend or a Bank Holiday, it will be dispatched the next working day.
We despatch orders Monday - Friday and are closed Saturday and Sunday. If your order is placed past 4pm on a Friday afternoon we will despatch this Monday morning.
Please note: During busy periods, delivery estimates may be unreliable due to delivery delays and inconsistent working patterns.

The last order date for Christmas Delivery will be 23rd December no later than 4PM. You must select DPD next day delivery to ensure you receive the parcel on 24th December (this may not be guaranteed due to the courier especially to; Highlands, Northern Ireland & Channel Islands).
We'll be closed on 24th - 28th December, we'll then reopen for 2 days 29th & 30th December, we'll then close again until 4th January 2020. As of 4th January 2021 we'll be in as normal Monday-Friday 9-5. Please note in the time we're closed orders will not be processed and any requests will not be responded to.
Tracking Your Order

Customs & Duties
We cannot be held responsible for customs or duty charged by a destination country outside of the European Union. All shipments will be declared to customs at the correct order value. If you are unsure about customs charges, you should contact your local customs office for all of the relevant information on customs duty.
Some couriers will offer services such as 'deliver to a safe place' or 'leave with a neighbour'. Please note these options are within agreement between yourself and the chosen courier, Designerwear is not responsible for any loss or damage that may occur.
