Checked shirts - which never truly go away - are back in a big way right now, with Duck and Cover, Fred Perry and Gio Goi all bringing their unique take on the look to the table. Look out for big check shirts in bright colours for day-to-day wear and evening socialising, but don't forget that a dark, smart long sleeved shirt should be in every man's wardrobe for more formal occasion or even (whisper it) professional appointments.
