The first pair of Havaianas was made in 1962, they were inspired by Zori, a typical Japanese style and for this reason has its unmistakable feature of a textured rice pattern. Since the end of the 80’s, Havaianas hadn’t stopped creating fashion trends, they were creating new print, colours and models. They spread like Wildfire and can be found in more than 60 countries. The brand's famous slogan "Havaianas. The Real Ones." originated in the 1970s as a response to other companies making knock-off versions of the flip-flops. The shoes are known for their comfortable soles and straps.
